wanted to send a note telling you that I received our heating (and
cooking ) bill for the months of January and February, 2009, you
know---record cold, lots and lots of snow!
Get this---$208 for TWO months heat!! That's about $300
per month less than at our home was!
Construction?
Insulation? Whatever it is, we're HAPPY!

~We purchased a condo at Cross
Creek because of the location, short distance to downtown Plainfield
and affordable maintenance fees.
We are both retired and wanted to downsize our living
arrangement. We like our
new condo very much. Very
quiet, easy care, friendly neighborhood and its also nice to look
outside this winter and see somebody shoveling
our driveway in the early morning.

~I recently purchased a ranch style condo at Cross Creek in
Plainfield. It was a perfect fit for me as I needed to downsize,
favored one-floor living quarters due to aging knees and found the
community safe and friendly. I am also thrilled over the huge roomy
basement for storage of my old memories. Looking forward in
spending time in a welcoming neighborhood.

~We love the quaintness of the town and the peace and quiet that
our Cross Creek neighborhood provides. Everyone here is very
friendly and helpful. In addition, our new condo has everything
we could ask for. The layout and spaciousness of the rooms,
garage, and huge basement is perfect. We find the workmanship to
be of high quality. It has been a pleasure working with Gail
and Mike; they have been extremely responsive and have made our entire
experience painless.
