Michael Twomey and Gail Whitney have been developing property and building new
construction since 1988 as Twomey and Whitney Enterprises, LLC.
and most recently formed Senior Concepts, LLC. along with builder
Kevin Hamel and began building The Condominiums at Cross Creek in
2007. (See

Michael and Gail have also been licensed Real Estate
Brokers in Connecticut since 1988. They are Co-founders, and
prior Owners, Brokers and operators of Performance Realty Group, Inc.
For over 20 years the company has been a leading residential Real Estate sales company
in New London county.
